How to Treat Fatigue with Natural Solutions

Is it difficult for you to think clearly and even the simplest decisions seem too difficult? How are your moods are you feeling irritable all the time or maybe you feel like crying or curling up in a corner.

You need to do something. Before your have a good look at your work and home life to assess what may be causing your fatigue you really need to start feeling better.

Sleep and rest are obviously going to help but there are some natural things that you can do to help you kick start your health and wellbeing and they include:

Ensure that you have enough magnesium

Sometimes a lack of magnesium in your diet can leave you feeling awful and it doesn’t matter how much sleep you have you will always feel tired.

Try adding a supplement to your daily diet or adjust your food to include dairy, tofu, fish, green vegetables and grains to add it to your body naturally.

Hydration

Are you drinking enough water every day? It depends on the climate and the temperatures that you work and live in but the average is 8 glasses a day a lot more if you are continuously in heat and losing water through sweating.

Carry water with you wherever you go and constantly remind yourself to drink it in preference to other beverages. Coffee and drinks with a high sugar content will actually add to dehydration levels.

Potassium levels

A lack of potassium in your diet will also add to a feeling of fatigue. Add foods like grains, beans, bananas, and sunflower seeds and lean meats to your diet.

Add Ginseng

Ginseng can actually boost your energy levels and give you a lift while helping you to deal with stress and strengthening your body. Try some Ginseng tea to help revive flagging energy levels.

Avoid foods that are bad for you

High fat and high sugar foods will initially give you a lift when you first eat them but you will feel worse afterwards. If you are looking for healthy snacks try nuts, seeds and fruits to fill in between meals. You will feel a whole lot better.
